Task 2.1 Nationally available Database Solutions

Short documentation of the evaluation of nationally available database solutions

In order to make the sensory information of OSIS accessible to the national wholesalers, retailers and consumers, the product data in OSIS must be transferred to the national data bases. To know if this transfer is interesting to the representatives of the national data bases, to know more about its customers, data sources and internal organisation, and to know what the technical possibilities of the transfer are, the representatives were requested to answer a questionnaire. The development of OSIS will take into account the answers of the representatives of the national data bases, in particular the feasibility of and the technical requirements for the data transfer.
