2009-2-10 Ecropolis: sensory properties of organic food

In January 2009, the European research project Ecropolis has been approved. FiBL is coordinator of this project which will analyze sensory profiles of different organic products for three years. The data will be entered in the Organic Sensory Information System (OSIS). Also there will be collected information about underlying production methods which explain the sensory differences between organic and conventional.
