2009-5-29 Compact information on organic taste
The flyer was created by the project partner Synabio, a French organic
association which organises the French organic sector to ensure high
safety, nutritional and gustative quality of organic food. The ECROPLIS
project is funded under the Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7)
of the European Union and is coordinated by the Research Institute of
Organic Agriculture (FiBL) Switzerland. Twenty partners from six
European countries are involved in the project.
