On Wednesday, 30th Novermber 2011 the national workshop for Switzerland took place at the "Züricher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (Wädenswill)".
The workshop was designed for employees of wholefood-stores and employees in product development and marketing of organic processing and trading enterprises.

The national workshop took place at 10th november 2012 in Ede (NL). The project partners VBP (Vereniging Biologische Producten en handel) and WUR (Wageningen University and Research Centre) presented results from the ECROPOLIS-project.

Germany
On 6th October 2011 the national Ecropolis workshop was held at the Fulda Transfer Center in Fulda, Germany.
The workshop was organised by BNN Herstellung und Handel. Kirsten Buchecker (ttz Sensoriklabor, Bremerhaven), Tim Obermowe (Georg-August-Universität, Göttingen) and Cornelia Dressler (BNN Herstellung und Handel; Berlin) presented the main results from the project to German wholesailers, retailers, producers, and RTD-performers.. A lot of product testing and time for communication between the speakers and participants made the workshop very lively.
