EBL

In 1994, ebl-naturkost e. K. was founded by Gerhard Bickel (owner and CEO). Currently, there are 16 retail shops all located in the south part of Germany. ebl-naturkost aims at trading healthy and tasteful products derived from certified organic (Bioland, Naturland and Biokreis) and bio-dynamic (Demeter) production and processing. The broad organic food spectrum, in total 6000 items, also includes natural cosmetics and environmental friendly cleaning detergents.
 
The retail shops have an own butcher section where fresh meat an fresh sausages are sold following the strong standards of the organic umbrella organisation Demeter.
 
The whole food chain from farm to counter is organically certified. Supplier’s of farm products derive from the region, short transportation ways are guaranteed and therefore fresh and tasteful products. ebl-naturkost offers regular cooking and tasting events for their consumers to promote their products.
