Relocate processing tools to optimize farmers’ work

Since 1968, eastern France farmers grouped together and focused on a project: Producing milk free of pesticides chemicals and additives and developing the market.

Creating a local industry close to the consumers led to tradition and emergence of new outlets.

New processing plants and the new trademark “Biogam” brought out the opportunity to develop the market of dairy products besides milk.

Behind Biogam trademark stands a network of farmers. They can process their milk in the Fromagerie de la Meix or other traditional dairy plants who are partners of Biogam. Products are gathered at the Biogam freight consolidation station in Château-Salins and shipped to the customers all around the country.
