Relocate processing tools to optimize farmers’ work

Since 1968, eastern France farmers grouped together and focused on a project: produce milk free of pesticides chemicals and additives and develop the market.

Creating a local industry close to the consumers led to innovation and emergence of new outlets.

New processing plants and the new trademark “Biogam” brought out the opportunity to develop the market of dairy products besides milk.

Behind Biogam trademark stands a network of farmers. They can process their milk in the Fromagerie de la Meix or in any other Biogam traditional dairy plant. Products are gathered at the Biogam freight consolidation station in Château-Salins and shipped to the customers all around the country.
